On today’s episode, Sarah and Sue are sharing their baby with you: The Phatt Journal!
In mid-2018 Sarah had the idea to create a special journal just for the Phatt program to celebrate themselves, to see patterns, and to chronicle your Phatt journey.
The Phatt Journal features 60 days of tracking, with two pages per day and reminders for your supplements, and a space for tracking your water intake (which is super important!). You’ll also hear the beautiful story of how the Journal supports a charity in Zimbabwe that provides sanitary items, education and food for children living in poverty.
Sarah and Sue share the ideas they put into the journal including keeping it discreet so you can easily take notes while out and about without the scrutiny of anyone around you.
You’ll also hear Sue and Sarah share their big WHY’s, from Sue’s husband becoming a non-smoker in order to join her for the Kokoda Trail to Sarah wanting to hike through the South Island of New Zealand – and how the Phatt Journal is helping them make it happen!
And remember, if you’re part of the Ph@tt program – reach out to your mentor!
